1. Service Agreement
Our lawn mowing services are provided under the agreement that we will perform lawn maintenance as specified in the service contract. This includes regular mowing, edging, and basic lawn care.

- Mowing: Regular cutting of grass to the agreed height.
- Edging: Trimming grass along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds.
- Debris Removal: Collecting and disposing of clippings and debris.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due as outlined in the service contract. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
2.1 Invoicing
Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed upon. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
2.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel our services by providing at least 14 days written notice. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.1 Rescheduling
Services can be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.
4. Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service, Lawn Mowing Coney Hall is not liable for any damage to property or injury that may occur during the provision of our services, except where such damage or injury is caused by our gross negligence.
4.1 Insurance
We maintain general liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents that may occur during service delivery.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with 30 days notice to our clients. Clients will be informed of any significant changes to the service terms.
5.1 Amendments
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing and will take effect immediately upon being posted.
